The location was perfect for us. The room looked exactly as in the pictures. Everything was very efficient, including the breakfast. The bed was very large and comfy. Leaving luggage ahead and after our stay was easily arranged. Beautiful view. Breakfast on the balcony. Swiftly acting host.
Felt very happy, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel is an excellent value for money with high attention to detail. I loved the location in a little plaza next to the church which gave a nice view from the balcony. The staff provided great service and the basic amenities were up to standard. The rooms were decorated in a grand royal style, with a nice balcony and view perfect for having breakfast in grand style. From the reviews, I appreciated the fact that breakfast with views of the lively Agrigento hub was fantastic, as well as the little attentions everywhere like chocolates, bubbly, and sweets.
No negative aspects to mention, everything was perfect.

The rooms are as nice as they appear in the photos. The breakfast, although basic (no cooked food) was wonderful. The pastries were the best I had on the island. The breakfast selection was quite large. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff and by the touches of kindness - multiple towels (of good quality) very nicely presented, pastries and sweets available anytime.
We wish we had spent more time in the city.

Extremely customer oriented. We received an e-mail two-three weeks prior to check in with detailed information regarding our stay and where to park. Very nice design, breakfast served in the room idea inspired and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Perfect location - two minutes walk from the city centre.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The room was highly decorated in a "royal style" with a nice balcony and view. I loved the attention to detail, especially the funny neo-bourbonic and baroque style. The location in a little plaza next to the church was perfect, as it allowed for easy access to both the town of Agrigento and the Valley of the Temples. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with views of the lively Agrigento hub.
All was ok, but a small improvement could be made in the breakfast selection. It would be nice to have fresh orange juice instead of processed fruit drinks.

An nice central location in the town. The staff were very helpful. Having a room with a balcony and a sea view was fantastic. Breakfast was also very good. Parking was very easy.
A little difficult to find, but a text from Dario just as we were searching helped.

This was the best b&b we stayed in Sicilia, reallly amazing! Dario (the owner) is an archaeologist and can explain a lot of things about the Valey of the Temples. Besides, the staff is extremely kind, polite and friendly. We received a welcome drink when we arrived and breakfast in the room every morning - both two were delicious. You can also have a good time in the balcony enjoying a pleasent view of the city. There are places to park behind the building. We do recommend La Dolce Vita!

We absolutely loved this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. We particularly enjoyed the large balcony with a stunning view, where we had a delicious breakfast each morning. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very close to the bus station and in the centre of the old town, making it easy to get to the Valley of the temples or Archeological museum by car or on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast provided was more than generous.
Nothing that we didn't like.

I stayed in the Filippo II suite. It was beautifully furnished with a small private balcony. The people were very nice, friendly and helpful with information/maps. Breakfast was excellent, you could choose from a selection. Location was perfect. Although it was in the centre of Agrigento, I didn't find it noisy. I found it quite easily walking from the bus station to the end of Via San Vito and then taking the small alleyway down the steps on the right hand side (about 5 minutes walk). I would definitely recommend it especially as a change from the other standard B&Bs.

Had a great Thanksgiving break. The room was spacious with a large balcony which was a plus. loved the fresh and local breakfast options. The best part was how convenient the location was. Close to public transport and main street which made it easy to explore the town. Parking was also easily available.
Only two things we didn't like were the slow wifi and noise level. while the location is great, it did come with noise from outside.

The room was beautiful, but above all we liked the friendliness and helpfulness of Dario. It made a strong impression on us. Breakfast in our room was also wonderful.
The lighting seemed a bit poor, especially in the bathroom. We'd like to have had stronger lighting and/or more lamps.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming little plaza next to a beautiful church. The attention to detail in the rooms is impressive, with a "barok" style that adds a touch of elegance. The private external bathroom, which was shown in the pictures, was not a problem at all and actually gave the room a more spacious feel. Having breakfast on the balcony with views of the lively hub of the city was a fantastic way to start the day.
Nothing could have been better.
